A social club located on Middleton road in Manchester. The works at the Whitehouse club include a demolition of the existing social club and bowling green to be replaced with a new modern three storey development with associated car parking to the rear. The new club will operate in the same way as the existing club did offering a function area complete with stage, lounge room and snooker room. The second floor is a three-bedroom apartment that will provide a living space for the landlord complete with an open plan kitchen / living area.
The surrounding area to Middleton road will be surrounded with 50 new built two storey residential properties and two low rise apartment blocks.
Full M&E design provided throughout the new social club – internally and externally, including a lighting design externally surrounding the new built residential properties.
