GLD provided a scope of multiple services for this project, including initial client reviews, site surveys and scoping documents. We provided RIBA stage 3 tender documents and worked with the client through the tender process and through construction to ensure the final product achieved the clients initial requirements. Moving dishwash lines and adding in cold storage as well a reconfiguring existing cold storage to accept new chillers and distribution arrangements was a challenge but ended up with a smooth construction period with all specialists working together to build the final product.
