GLD worked with Enabl and Artform Architects on this prestigious development of new build homes in Culcheth, Warrington. We supported the design and construction by producing SAPs and EPC’s, heating/cooling/cable calculations, liaising with utilities and producing MEP specifications and drawings. This included the plans of domestic and above ground drainage, ventilation, heating/cooling, fire/security/CCTV, lighting and controls, small power, telecoms and data. A great collaboration between design team and contractors with an amazing and energy efficient, low carbon product on completion.
