Stratford Road, Solihull
This was a new build multi storey, multi unit, residential development for a new client, with an in house architectural scheme. The site was restricted and just off a main road in Solihull. Obtaining the quotations for the incoming services and routing main services around the building was a challenge, as the building was split into 3 distinct cores – two of which were separated by a vehicle arch for entrance into the internal courtyard. None of the communal areas ran between the cores. We were able to work with the client to lay out the services to be distributed within each core. We worked from concept to completion on this project.
