At St. Aidens we provided both mechanical and electrical services when completing a new build extension of a meeting room and a conference centre. Our team designed the above ground drainage services, domestic water services, heating services and ventilation services across the ground, first and second floor of plot 1. Small power, lighting, security, CCTV, whole house controls were included as part of the performance design undertaken.
