The refurbishment of two warehouse buildings on Moorgreen Industrial Park – Caunton House and Production Office – into offices that include open plan workspace, meeting rooms and breakout spaces as well as great toilet, shower and changing facilities.
Our work included the design of incoming water and gas connections, ventilation, underground heating systems and drainage, as well as updates to the electrical supply. We delivered small power, fire detection/alarm systems, distribution boards, earthing and bonding, general lighting and emergency lighting, external lighting, and lightning protection.
The development was for the site owners to move into as part of their masterplan. The client had input all along the way.
