We worked with Macclesfield Council to reconfigure its space to accommodate a new self-service space, family services department and registry office with ceremony room.
We designed new, more user-friendly heating, ventilation and cooling systems, as well as hot and cold water services, above ground soil and waste, and metering. Our electrical engineers designed efficient small power, lighting and security systems that worked with building-wide emergency systems.
It’s always a challenge working with older buildings, but we loved helping to make this one function perfectly.
