Upgrade of a 3-storey country house in Chester that had been subdivided and was being restored to create 3 cottages plus 12 luxurious apartments.
We helped the owner and subsequently the D & B contractor to create homes that function perfectly. Domestic drainage, water, heating, ventilation, small power, data, lighting, security, access and fire alarms were all included in our designs.
This project was particularly satisfying in taking out the old, bringing in the new and preserving the original integrity of the building.
