An ambitious extension to this traditional farm-house to accommodate a new kitchen and porch area with refurbishment throughout the rest of the building.
We liaised with the utility companies on behalf of the client. Reviewed, flushed and extended the house’s existing gas, water, telecoms and electrical supplies, increasing their capacity where necessary. We also added surge and lightning protection, new external and internal lighting, above ground drainage, new hot water pump and storage, whole house ventilation, fire alarms, security with CCTV, and underfloor heating.
We thoroughly enjoyed bringing this old, beautiful building up to date and ensuring that it will function perfectly for generations to come.
