We worked with Struktura engineering services and Consortia Integrated services to install platform validators to train station across the north of England, some of these stations included Manchester Piccadilly, Liverpool Lime street & Hull Station. Platform Validators are a contactless card system which allows railway passengers to tap on their departing station and tap off their arrival to pay for the journey.
The project required conducting 4G surveys across the platforms to test signal strength as well as installing power & Cat6 data cables throughout the stations.
