Our team at GLD Technical Consulting were responsible for all M&E design work for the residential development of a three-storey, 36 one-bedroom apartment block in Bury.
The development was a part of the New Charter Homes scheme with Bury Council to provide 36 affordable units needed across Bury.
We were required to produce a stage 2 concept design and develop it to construction stage and provide working drawings for the installations.
