A great private client project working with a forward thinking architect created a modern look to a traditional house.
The works to the basement expansion included the addition of a new plant room and underfloor heating with ASHP hot water and heating. The upgrades to the fabric and windows allowed the client to make marked improvements in carbon and energy use whilst expanding the property to support their family in the future.
GLD assisted with energy assessment, stage 3 design for tender and stage 4 design of heating and ventilation to assist with coordination where needed.
