This project was a full M&E design for a set of four 3-storey appointment blocks with two apartments per floor, per block.
Mechanical services such as domestic pipework including water heater, whole house ventilation system and chlorination post kitchen/bathroom installation. Electrical services such as light fittings, lighting wiring, lighting protection, external door entry (pedestrian gates/vehicle gates), external ducting and wiring, mains distribution including landlord and tenant DB’s, submains and containment. Small power and data/telephone, fire alarm systems, door access systems and doorbells, security systems, TV systems, electric heaters, electric towel rails, electric showers and SVP’s including fire collars.
