As a part of the affordable housing scheme, we worked alongside Holmpatrick developments on a new residential development at Orrell Mount Gardens in Wigan.
A former council yard and recycling centre has been transformed into a residential development. A total of 16 dwellings, comprising of 4 two storey semi-detached properties and 12 apartments, (mix of two and three storey) together with associated parking and landscaping.
GLD supported our client with layouts and equipment selections for the scheme for the electrical and ventilation systems allowing them to price the requirements for the scheme and move into the construction phase.
