An upgrade of this prominent 10-storey building at the entrance to London’s Canary Wharf to infill the atrium and create spaces for small and start-up creative and tech businesses.
We delivered the refurbishment element for building services designs including drainage, water, heating, ventilation, electrical containment, small power and data, lighting and emergency lighting, and fire alarms.
The way people work is changing, with flexibility becoming more and more important. This project is a perfect example of the challenges of meeting the needs of small and dynamic businesses who expect to be able to work everywhere in a building, with electric sockets and coffee within easy reach.
